  1. I am from Sedona AZ. USA and happy to be returning for the ninth time to Australia this February where I hope to perform my one-woman Play about Joan Chittister. I will be in Sydney. Is there someone you know or an organization or church interested in coordinating a performance? Sister Joan has met with me about this project…for her quote regarding the script and a recent review of a performance go to http://www.JoanChittisterthePlay.com
    Thank you!

  2. I came here after you liked my Kylo Ren post, and loved reading your take on Star Wars. I also started watching Star Wars at a young age. Not sure exactly when, but I was young enough that my dad read the subtitles aloud because I couldn’t read fast enough to keep up.

Found your thoughts on Rey’s MBTI type interesting. I was torn between ISTJ and ISTP, though I did end up putting her down as ISTJ on my Star Wars Myers-Briggs chart. Now I’m second-guessing that again. I feel like I need to see the new characters in another film to get a really good read on their personalities (yet another reason to look forward to Episode VIII).

And (just because I have a hard time seeing a list of questions and not answering them) …
    1. I’m from Ohio.
    2. See above 🙂
    3. Too new to your blog to know yet.
    4. Mix of English, Scottish, German and Swiss. Also recently learned some of our English family might have originally been Norse (my brother’s reaction: “Yeah, I’m a Viking!”)
    5. Christian, Messianic
    6. Writer (paid!)

    1. Thank you for your thoughts, Marissa! Apologies on my terribly slow response – I’ve been away from the computer due to the Australian summer holidays.

I am thoroughly enjoying reading the various theories and ideas about the new Star Wars films! I look forward to Episode VIII helping to flesh out the personalities of the characters. 🙂

  3. Just read your About page and smiled throughout most of it. Haha. What a journey. Like you, I’m also a Mum, married to an Engineer (introvert to the max! And smart as) and in Melbourne. Ha! You seem like a big thinker. Looking forward to reading more. After years of hesitating to start blogging I just decided to get the junk out of my head and share my experiences in Christianity. Quite a trip huh. 🙂 Liz

    1. Wow! Firstly, I love your name “lifewithporpoise.” What a small world. Lol, I saw your comment on another blog and, intrigued by your blog name, just had to see what you were writing about. How funny to meet a fellow woman-mum-engineer’s wife Melbournian. All the best with your blogging journey and thanks so much for sharing your thoughts!

  4. Hi there! I tried to reply to your texts this morning but everything failed to send and keeps failing. 😦 So not being a snob, it’s the phone service presumably.
Thanks very much for putting a post about my painting and the link on your site. 🙂

  5. Hello…I see you are following my blog for which I thank you. I have been blogging since 2007, but mostly about nature in my yard. Well and family and then cancer. I stay away from politics and religion as I don’t want my message of environmentalism and conservation to get lost because you don’t like political leanings or that I don’t eat meat or fowl. That way I can keep comments open. You have a long and very interesting blog history and I am enjoying reading. Some of my best on-line friends are Aussie…Nice to meet you …. Michelle from NY, USA.

    1. Thanks, Michelle, I appreciate the feedback. 🙂
Yes, I can definitely understand that religion/politics can often get in the way of an environmentalist message.
